Stay Away from Fern Chem . Run!!!! Incorrect information is granted about 5liters and when order arrives its 25liters when requesting to return they will inisit that you've agreed to the order. The sales manager Zoe is very rude !

Horrible service!!!!
Good Day , My installation was done on the 17 March 2025 , I couldn't stream and the internet was very slow. I reached out to webafrica to inform them nothing was done . On the 31March wifi was connecting without internet, I communicated with webafrica staff a fault call was logged under a incorrect address which I also pay for. Since I have two subscription with webafrica. On Thursday the 03April 2025 Agent Clinton in the Order Fulfillment department canceled my subscription with my consent according to my understanding. From the 31March to 05 April the wifi is completely down. This payment allocation from Thursday hasn't even been captured. @Vumatel Payment allocation from OVR-140325-01549520 to OVR-030425-01616581. Since the 31March to to-date has costed me , to travel to sites where I can work. I need a refund for the 6days without internet. Can Webafrica & Vumatel sort out this mess.
