I use prepaid SIM cards for my vehicle GPS tracking, with 10 cards that I recharge with data every month. At the beginning of this month, Vodacom deleted all my SIM cards from their system, even though they are used daily. They can't explain why it happened or who was responsible. Their only advice is to buy new ones, which is incredibly unhelpful. Their incompetence is absolutely infuriating!
****MERS!!! This company claims to deliver sample chemicals, but instead sends a substantial invoice. Upon attempting to return the items, they refuse to accept the return and insist that the order was agreed upon, thus requiring payment.
It is not everyday that you see people taking pride in their work and treating customers with respect. I've been from pilar to post, with my BMW (F30 320i). She was smoking and loss of power. Within 2 days she was sorted (turbo replacement) and never drove better. Great guys!!!
I've ordered a fridge (MAK ********** ) more than a month ago from your online shop. To date I have not received my fridge. I've made various calls to the call center and also wrote e-mails to the customer care line. I get promised that a supervisor will call me, but to date, I have not received any calls. What do Makro expect? Must I just donate the R10,5K to you, because it is clear that you have no interest to resolve this issue.
