Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials. Our experience mirrors many of the complaints already shared: • They begin with a lengthy sales pitch that wears you down until you accept a so‑called “free gift.” • That gift is far from free — you’re charged, and the order arrives incomplete. • Products are delivered without labels or usage instructions; we had to search online just to figure out how to use them. • Weeks later, an even larger batch arrived unexpectedly. When we queried this, they pointed to fine print claiming we had agreed to it. • We offered to return the goods, but they refused. Fern Chem misleads customers, misrepresents their products, and shows no regard for professional conduct.
