Bad Service and Extremely Frustrating

I have used them before so I trusted their services and I know about their selling point of same day repair. Unfortunately this time I was unlucky and have been frustrated since. They collected my apple watch on the 27/08/2025 - for a same day repair. Everyone that uses an apple watch knows that a day that passes by without it, is a set back and very frustrating. So a week is too long. On the very same day our communication changed. They no longer followed up or kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I have screenshots of Garrett promising to refund or return my watch every single day but I haven’t received it. I have even asked him to return it unfixed and refund me. Use them at your own risk.
