horrible service/over charged
i am following up regarding the repair done on my iPhone 11 Pro, for which I was charged R2000. The agreed scope of work included replacement of the battery, charging port, and speakers. However, only the battery was replaced, and the charging port and speakers were merely cleaned. Furthermore, the battery installed is faulty, as the phone overheats when charging. I was previously promised a refund, which I have not yet received. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, I request a full refund within 3 working days. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authorities. my number is 084 762 8652

horrible service/over charged

February 2025 I requested for their services. My iPhone was cracked on both screens, I even wrote a review and they tried to "bribe" me by saying that they'll fix my phone for free I remove my review and I said no. They wanted me to pay for a damage that was caused by them. I even tried going to small claims court, sent them a letter and they said they won't pay me my money back. I even went to iStore they said they can't fix a phone that has third party products, when I told the owner of iPhix he said iStore is talking ****. They provided me with **** products whereas when I was communicating with them they said the products are the original products of an iPhone. It's been months now without having access to my phone, I can't even sell or fix it. I've went to like 5 different people and they're all saying the same thing, that i should go back to the people who were fixing the phone. And I can't even send them summons from the court because they're based in Boksburg and I'm in Pretoria. I highly don't recommend their services, they're ****mers.

When I needed another repair, they quoted me R2200 for a new cover. I paid, but then they went silent, leaving me without my watch or a refund. It's clear their goal is to lure you in with good initial service, only to take advantage of you later. Their business model seems designed to take advantage of customers, leaving them with false hope. I'm determined to expose Garrett Lucioli, the mastermind behind this operation.

iPhix is a ****!!!
iPhix is an absolute ****! I gave them my watch for repairs, got billed about R2k on the 3rd of September, and paid right away. Since then? Nothing but lies and runarounds. They keep saying my watch is ready, but somehow it’s never delivered back to me. It’s been almost a month now, and I’m frustrated. Every time I follow up, I get another excuse, another empty promise. I trusted them with my money and my watch, and they’ve delivered absolutely nothing.

Bad Service and Extremely Frustrating
I have used them before so I trusted their services and I know about their selling point of same day repair. Unfortunately this time I was unlucky and have been frustrated since. They collected my apple watch on the 27/08/2025 - for a same day repair. Everyone that uses an apple watch knows that a day that passes by without it, is a set back and very frustrating. So a week is too long. On the very same day our communication changed. They no longer followed up or kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I have screenshots of Garrett promising to refund or return my watch every single day but I haven’t received it. I have even asked him to return it unfixed and refund me. Use them at your own risk.

Great in delivery, BUT poor communication skills
I was going to get them 5/5. They are a bunch of great repairers, but their 1/5 I dropped is due to the poor communication. They deliver, but are slow to communicate. I shall use them again.

Unhappy about service and laying
I have booked my I watches in for a battery repair in end of April. Was told I will receive the watch back repaired within two working days. After a week I still received no watch. When I did follow up they kept quiet and nothing. Almost three weeks later I received a call saying that they will start working on my watch and then I will receive the watch. Two weeks ago I received a what up that my watch cant be fixed, they will sent it back. Last week I was told it will be sent, on Monday as well then when I phoned I was told that I will be called back but no call. After that I was told two times that I will receive my watch via courier but until today no waybill for courier. I'm really angry and frustrated about the situation, and no answers. Please be very carefull before sending anything to them to be fixed. I will be opening a case at the Police for theft.
