Great Servis
Great service. Always. I had used an incorrect Reference Number for my prepaid electricity payment, and also paid a different amount than ordered. I must have been distracted. I sent a WhatsApp to prepaid24, and within Prepaid24, and within 5 minutes, my issue was resolved. Bravo prepaid24!

Great in delivery, BUT poor communication skills
I was going to get them 5/5. They are a bunch of great repairers, but their 1/5 I dropped is due to the poor communication. They deliver, but are slow to communicate. I shall use them again.
