i am following up regarding the repair done on my iPhone 11 Pro, for which I was charged R2000. The agreed scope of work included replacement of the battery, charging port, and speakers. However, only the battery was replaced, and the charging port and speakers were merely cleaned. Furthermore, the battery installed is faulty, as the phone overheats when charging. I was previously promised a refund, which I have not yet received. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, I request a full refund within 3 working days. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authorities. my number is 084 762 8652

Ive paid for my Fibre in June, 19 August they delivered my Routers(after a month), and to date i am still waiting for my router to be activated , Their technician's drilled a hole in my wall and left the wires hanging not connected either , I keep calling every day, with different excuses been received from their operation dept.
