No longer works
I got money back once when I first started using it in 2017, so I then specifically used companies linked to them. For over a year my cashback has been pending and no one responded to emails. Dont bother with them.

Avoid the endless struggles and frustration
Dealing with CMH has been an absolute nightmare. The level of incompetency in this company runs far and deep. I bought a car cash from the Mitsubishi Hatfield branch (I live in cape Town), I paid R10000 for it to be couriered down and for all the licensing and everything take car of. When it arrived at the volvo cape Town branch no one knew who I was or had any record that my car was mine. The Hatfield branch hadn't given me any paperwork or anything for my car, and had not asked me all the things they are supposed to by law. After finally getting my car handed over with the promise of the road worthy certificate and licensing papers courier down asap I drove off(to the nearest petrol station as they couldn't even give me half a tank of petrol) . It didn't take long to realize there were a few obvious things wrong with the car. The paperwork was also never couriered and you only have 21 days to register a new car. I finally got a hold of the manager at the Hatfield branch who said the cape Town branch would collect my car and give me another car to drive while they fixed up mine and had it registered. The driver who fetched it was very late, resulting in missed meetings. They then took longer with the car than they said and couldn't bother to drop it off I had to fetch it. I arrived at the volvo cape Town branch and again no one knew who I was or where my car was and as usual everyone is in a meeting and cannot help. Eventually my car arrives with the old registration and no number plates and of course it's no one's fault, its the guy who's always in a meeting and too busy to actually do his jobs fault. I would really just stay far away from CMH. It's a wonder they only have one branch in cape Town. We don't put up with this sort ****.
