The service from the two ladies at front desk in Springfield Durban is out of this world. I just wish that their call centre service could improve a little as well as the duration it takes to receive the deposit back but otherwise good service
False advertising, they offered me R15 000 for a running car that I bought through them via auction back in 2016 the vehicle is running and I was offered 15k for just imagine the never of these people. So do not trust their advertising because it’s all false and you would be waiting your time
On the 24th of March i wrote my review on behalf of my father the main memebr on a bad service he received. I was called on the next business working day and someone who said his name is Linda will be working on my case amd never contact me ever again, i wrote my response on my previous review and the momentum never bothered to responded or resolve the issue. The consultant asked me personal questions about the main memeber but when i called back the following day i was told i dont have authority to be given information about the main memebr. Momemntum is still deducting money from a pensioner who they cant assist and my father is currently recieving medical attention at a public hospital yet he has a medical aid. Momentum you are a scheming bad service medical aid i have known to date, you have caused so much stress on my father and his family
My father became a member of momentum health and he was required to do a series of tests before the medical aid was approved to see which medical conditions were pre existing and from those series of tests he underwent his medical aid was approved and was effective with just two conditions that had a waiting period of 12 months and also could not use the medical aid in the first three months - so now in the first month that my father’s medical aid is active he unfortunately fell ill and we took him to the his Doctor and gave him some meds and a few weeks later got worse we then called an ambulance and found out that my father has chest infections which his never suffered from before and had to be admitted- medical aid have since denied him authorization and any other further medical care until they can prove that this is not a condition his had before. My father is 67 years old pensioners who now has to be sick and taken care off at home whilst he is paying for a medical aid that can not support him? This is very disturbing and I feel for people who are schemed by this money making business company Momentum health it has no interests of its people - I am utterly disgusted
