"Disappointing Service and Payment Shortfall: My Experience with Auction Nation Centurion Branch"
Certainly, here's the revised review including "Auction Nation": "It's been a month since I've been waiting for my refund, and my experience with the Centurion branch of Auction Nation has been extremely disappointing. The staff there have been consistently rude and unhelpful, often speaking with attitude. In particular, Thabiso Nkosi, the Debtors Learner, has been inconsistent in his responses, initially deflecting responsibility for refunds and then suggesting that customers should visit the offices daily to inquire about their refund status. Finally, when the payment was made, it was short by R4000. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would caution others against dealing with Auction Nation."

Service I got from an option nation is putrice First of all I bid for a car I have received an email the next days To say about my bid I tried calling the cape town branch numerous times it just cuts off After numerous calls cape town has answered the call The lady said I must talk to the mechanic.I called the mechanics.Sorry I'm not at work.I'll be there In an hour's time Call him in an hour' s time.He says he's not at work still This is what we call customer services poor

Auction nation is a ****
I purchased a car that was advertised as a code 2, paid for it and took the the car to fix. Auction nation doesn’t give the paper on the day of vehicle collection reason is that they are still doing paper work. When I got the NATIS I went to register the vehicle it was confirmed that the vehicle is a code 3 which means it’ can’t be insured then I went to back to auction and told them and Mr Juan Pienaar is so arrogant and refused to refund me the money for the vehicle even though the vehicle is still in auction nations name.

Deposit refund
I have been waiting for my deposit refund from Action nation for a month and half. I spoke to Carol and promised that she’ll check and update me. And even sent her the email, but no communication I have received from them at all regarding my enquiry. I sent emails and no response and when I speak to the agents they don’t respond until the system kicks you out. I’m very disappointed about Action Nation on poor communication, especially not keeping the customer updated.

False advertising
False advertising, they offered me R15 000 for a running car that I bought through them via auction back in 2016 the vehicle is running and I was offered 15k for just imagine the never of these people. So do not trust their advertising because it’s all false and you would be waiting your time
