To add to the frustration, we recently needed to send one of our cars in for repairs. We were then informed that the car hire option was not available for this vehicle, even though we had been paying for it. The lack of communication from Santam regarding this change is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, it has been a month since we submitted the car for repairs, and there is still no resolution or clear understanding of what went wrong. This prolonged period without a solution is causing significant inconvenience and frustration. We rely on the car hire option to manage our transportation needs during repairs, and Santam's failure to provide this service is impacting our daily lives and business operations. We demand immediate action to rectify this situation: 1. Provide a clear explanation as to why the car hire option was removed without notice. 2. Ensure the car hire option is reinstated immediately for all our vehicles as per our policy. 3. Offer suitable compensation for the period we have been paying for a service that was not provided. 4. Expedite the repair process of our vehicle and provide us with a timeline for its completion. Santam's lack of service and communication is unacceptable, and if this issue is not resolved promptly, we will consider alternative insurance providers and escalate the complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies.

I had purchased a vehicle from @GoBid via the time line option. However, the status of the vehicle is different on my invoice. Gobid was contacted and agreed to correct the error. I am still waiting for the error to be corrected. GoBid has been persistently calling me wrt payment but silent on resolving this issue.
Vodacom has blacklisted me up to today I cannot do anything with my accounts up to today no response on vodacom I only had one called they said they'll sort it out I'm ready to take this matter to higher
Up today vodacom did not sort my problem out I had a call from vodacom they said they'll sort the problem out and said there emailed me but no one has contacted me and and now on the credit bureau my score is Reading very bad all because of vodacom I need to be sorted out today or handing my attorneys ,, vodacom really sucks
