Service I got from an option nation is putrice First of all I bid for a car I have received an email the next days To say about my bid I tried calling the cape town branch numerous times it just cuts off After numerous calls cape town has answered the call The lady said I must talk to the mechanic.I called the mechanics.Sorry I'm not at work.I'll be there In an hour's time Call him in an hour' s time.He says he's not at work still This is what we call customer services poor
