Bad customer service
This guys never respond quick. I wonder why Is there anyone who have done business with this guys and they got a fast and smoot response from them?

Bad treatment
Bought a car and it happens that the previous owner of the vehicle was telesure and they are still owning the bank my question is how did they manage to get the NATIS of the car without settlement. I have been asking them to help me resolve this as it looks like I stole the car but they are very arrogant. I called them they have refused to do anything about it.

Auction nation is a ****
I purchased a car that was advertised as a code 2, paid for it and took the the car to fix. Auction nation doesn’t give the paper on the day of vehicle collection reason is that they are still doing paper work. When I got the NATIS I went to register the vehicle it was confirmed that the vehicle is a code 3 which means it’ can’t be insured then I went to back to auction and told them and Mr Juan Pienaar is so arrogant and refused to refund me the money for the vehicle even though the vehicle is still in auction nations name.
