Amzing customs service from start to finish
Amzing customs service from start to finish. Werner Prinsloo assited me so great and i didn't have to follow up or anything. He kept me in the loop on order process, progress , installation and even with setup and configuration. I am extremely satisfied

Makro Woodmead & Makro Amanzimtoti Disgusting
Funny how when you buy your items from Makro and the sales staff push you to buy an extended warranty and ridicules prices they don't tell you that Makro doesn't intend to keep up their end of the warranty!!!! Bought a laptop less then a year ago, all of the sudden it just switches off. Drive 2 hours to get to Makro Amanzamtoti. Rectron then sends a report back that its actually water damage (which i know is not the case) and it will cost R3000 + to fix????? where is my warranty? how do i know that is my laptop boards that Rectron sent pictures of? Makro stick to your sales pitch that you will honor your guarantee / warranty on the products you sell to the consumers. This is totally unacceptable its disgusting how you as a multi million rand organization openly con the consumer!!!!! Facebook, Google reviews, consumer protection , I will be taking this further disgusting Makro disgusting!!

What a F*%^ing disappointment BUILDERS WAREHOUSE STRUBENSVALLEY. You pay for material and get promised delivery by 8am !!!!!! NOTHING NOTHING , you cant talk to the branch that's given you the **** service ...... you have to go through a call center that doesn't know what is going on. They put you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes , cut your call after the hold part and don't even call back. I PAID and placed my order last week on Thursday already and was promised the delivery by Friday , Friday came and gone with endless calls on my account to the call center etc and still no delivery by the end of the day. Promised that it would be done by 8am today STILLLLLLLLL NOTHINGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN YOU BUILDERS TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS???????????? The one star rating that's here should be a minus 100000
