Dishonest agent
This gives a bad name to estate agent! Rufaro helped me sell my property but became dishonest and didn’t deliver on all the promises he made. Early property occupation requires rent to be paid to the seller! Now we discussed this before they moved in and Rufaro promised to sort it out and even refused to give the keys back after the so-called “final viewing” by the new owner!

Unkept promise!
I’ve had the worst experience with this company. They didn’t keep their promises! I had to jump through hoops to get them to stop the monthly debit orders after my contract expired and now I have to deal with creditworx because they claim ADT account is still active. I have a “paid up” letter from NBA, which is a company that does ADT Vaal collections, and yet I’m still harassed for an account that they still put on “hold” while they investigate! Phone recordings don’t work cause the call center agent only sees what they want, I tried to explain that I spoke to several people after payment was made hence the letter she didn’t want to hear any of it! So how then would I want to recommend this company to my friends and family!?
