Horrendous Establishment
I would NOT recommend this establishment! They are ABSOLUTE thieves! 5 years later and I get blacklisted by them because of "cancellation fee's" not being paid. Horrendous! Even more so is the bad attitude of the management when you call to try and resolve.

Effortless Claims
I have been a client of Dotsure for many years and have never had to claim until recently. What a quick, effortless and painless experience. My claim was attended to within hours and Arina Reyneke-Meyer was caring and attentive while dealing with my claim.

Zara exchange policy is pathetic
I tried to do an exchange without a receipt but was denied stating that I needed the original till slip. Now, I respect exchange policies and would gladly have produced my receipt had my bag not been stolen with my wallet containing the receipt. Contacted head office and I was referred to the exchange policy and advised that it is not possible to exchange without a receipt. Needless to say with such poor service I quite frankly will never buy from Zara again.

FRAUD
Pure FRAUD!! Do not purchase ANYTHING on this site. You will not receive your goods! You will receive all confirmations of orders etc but when you go back to check the site for your delivery it is no longer available! Please be very careful.
