Worst experience ever. Started building in Feb 2021 and still not finish. Paid them the money already but have to take them to court now to try and get it back. Please be careful and don't trust them.
On 05 Jan 2021 my child (17 years) wanted to buy shoes at the PEP shop in Reddersburg Freestate. The shoes was marked down to R50 with red sticker. At the till the rude person named Johannes Lekholoa told them that the shoes is not marked down. He was extremely rude and removed the sticker in front of them saying that she has put the sticker there. How that is possible I don't know because we deffinately don't walk around in the streets with PEP stickers in our pockets. She wanted to talk to the manager but was forced out of the shop on a very rude manner. She called me and I went to confront them. (I took video of my confrontation on my cellphone). Arriving there, I wanted to speak to the manager but she was on leave. The second in charge named Agnes Khunong came to talk to me. She kept on saying that the shoes is normal price and that she is not involve in the case. (she is standing in for the manager and must be involve) I said that we must confront Johannes about removing the sticker but he laid saying my child put the sticker on there, which actually state that my child is a thief and tried to commit freud. While we was still talking to him he just turn around and walk away. I followed him and Agnes but they just kept on ignoring me. I asked for thier names stating that I am taking this further. At home I phoned the customer care line and logged a complaint. The operator stated that I would be contacted by the area manager within 48 hours to discuss this issue. It is now 72 hours later and nobody contacted me. I am going back to Cape Town soon and will contact my lawyer to get his professional opinion on the way forward because PEP stores falsely accused my child of freud. This is so very disappointing that the service at PEPCOR is so bad now. My father in law has been an area manager for many years before his death and was so proud of the company he worked for. At the moment I have nothing good to say about the company which did not even came back to me after I complaint and also about the bad and unprofessional people that work for the company. I personally is a QA manager at a huge company in Cape Town and one of our company principles in our mission is to always be focused on customers. This is deffinately not the case for PEP. For them it is customers are nothing.
The service is the worst ever. I have wifi problems since the load shedding started. Mweb tried to help but had to take it up with vuma. The problem is still not resolved and after phoning today a very rude sarcastic women over the phone said that according to them the issue is resolved. How can it be resolved if nobody did something. First of all vuma must send their employees on a course on how to treat customers. I cannot believe how bad the service are. Here i still sit 5 days later and the wifi is still not working optimal.
I had a Telkom wi-fi contract which i stopped 2 months ago already. I contact them to ensure that it was stopped and of cause they did not. After phoning them and making a case they ensure me it will be corrected. Today once again they subtract the money from my account. This is theft. I think they are the worst service prokureurs ever. Never use them, they are thiefs. Now i know its going to be a struggle to get my money back
