When trying to get orthorisation be prepared to spend the entire morning and all your airtime and still no orthorisation. Their system is absolutely useless. Even on watts app. At this stage still have no orthorisation having spent 15mins of airtime and about 30 Mins of asking on watts app. All I have at this stage is asking about my pregnancy please I am 73 years of age and when I tell them on watts app over and over I need orthorisation and then type 6 which is an option for other then I am asked if I want insurance. Absolutely useless
I have been a Nedbank client for 19 years and used the money app on my phone for the last couple years worked well and suddenly tonight when I need to pay someone suddenly Nedbank decide to change things no warning just does not work. Phoned call Centre no you will have to go into the branch to sort out. Absolutely inconsiderate and not on that Nedbank can just do as they like needless to say this needed to be paid today. POSSIBLY TIME TO ENQUIRE FOR A NEW BANK
I am a nedbank client for 18 years but just lately for about 6 months they do not update the electronic banking it is absolutely dreadful to try and do your banking month end as nothing mid updated for up to six days then all is done and in the meantime you do not know who has paid or not and what has been taken out your current account or even the credit card. And don't come with the excuse it's covid. I find it very frustrating trying to run a renting bussines when they do not update
Normally Nedbank are very helpful but on two occasions in the last 8 days I have arrived at Scott borough nedbank and stood in a que due to Covid. I am 73 years old and spoke to the security and once in informed the staff how unhappy I was. Now you might say oh the law says only so many but while stand outside waiting one comes out another comes out and then two people come out and then eve tually they let some people in. Now surely if they only allowed say 10 people inside at one time why was one not allowed in when the one came out and especially after informing the guard of my age!!!! Another thing I went to a branch yesterday only to find out o no we close at 3pm instead of 4pm due to covid¡!!!!!!
Beware when ordering ready mix concrete my experience at widenham south coast. They send a lady to check if their truck can enter your premises this only once you have paid all your money for the delivery . Then you see all the small print if you too long extra if this if that. That was not the problem . Problem first driver perfect. Second driver destroyed my driveway and nearly taking down gate post and big time attitude. When I complain to the lady it was this and that and also if I read the small print they are not responsible for any damage as I allowed them on my property. I asked for a cube or two free so that I could repair the broken drains on the road which belongs to the municipality but have been refused and there is no come back as they have been paid. Bad luck good bye BEWARE GOD KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS IF THEIR TRUCK KNOCKS HALF YOUR HOUSE DOWN !!!!!
Segs plumbers in Pietermaritzburg do all replacement for Quickhot geysers. A geyser in a house I own burst. Santam my insurance were informed Friday 20/07/18.a plumber was sent and I was informed no they could not do anything as it was still under warranty but the plumbers who did Quickhot geysers would contact me. After many phone calls segs said they would contact me on Saturday. Nothing no plumber no new geyser. Monday and phone calls again wete told they would be here by 1.30 Nothing . More calls and by 2.45 they arrived questioning this that and the next. Eve really fitted a new geyser and did not fit the isolated switch correctly. Do not buy a Quickhot geyser as Segs are the plumbers in Pietermaritzburg who do repairs/replacement for Quickhot and to have to wait from Friday to 4.30 on Monday for a geyser to be sorted /replced Not On
Nedbank Hayfeilds branch are not sorting my greenbacks card out since I went to collect 17/03/2018 and was unable to draw cash. No phone call or any explanation. Most unsatisfactory position
