im very disappointed with partmasters for their customer service as i purchased the battery laptop on the 6 November 2025 and only realized today 10 November 2025 when im doing a follow up to check the status of the delivery only realised the item is still at their office not delivered and the Ceo is not considerate to treat my issue in a special way for their *********** staff who never send the parcel timeously instead he is saying the part will be shiped tomorrow which is 5 days later and i don't think they fully understand what is customer service and to respect the Customer protection act
# Gems must fall of lately terrible service and turnaround time to attend to your urgent matter while patient is in terrible pain seeking for authorisation still not approved,my 3 year old fell over the weekend for stairways and hurt her self on the mouth,and 2 front teeths went inside the gums today went to the Dentist surgeons and advice need to take her to theatre tommorow 04/04/2018 in order to remove them but unable to do so without authorisation from gems due to such condition he can only write motivation with xray pictures and all supporting documents you might think of went to gems berea centre got superb service from their supervisor who tried all her best to treat the matter as urgent only the Dental/Hospital authorisation let us down tried to phoned them several times they pick the phone and put it down and they didn't get to the bottom of my problem, such terrible service. I feel like they useless sometimes and my medical aid is not value for money as we speak i feel like cancelling my medical aid since it's not helping me either my child is in pain and im on medical aid but I'm not getting help timeously i must wait dor the turn around time while my child is suffering for servier pains also need to report this to medical ombunsment to take this further
