I bought a lounge set from Rochester in Strubensvalley, where I bought a protection plan from Leatherguard, which was quite expensive too. This plan protects you from cuts, sc****s, tears etc on your leather. Since January I have been trying to get hold of them as we have a tear in the seat, I have sent numerous emails to the address supplied on the website and certificate, as well as phone calls to the provided nr, which goes to a voicemail, and I leave messages, but no response. They do not reply or respond to emails or phone calls. What am I to do please? I have phoned Rochester too, and no one is able to assist? What am I to do now?
