I have received the worst service ever from Matrix, I am left headache and debt due to their unprofessionalism. Firstly, the panic button is **** and doesn't work. I have pressed it multiple times, no one calls. Secondly I was told to book a Current draw test for a technician to go and have a look, yet no one has called me to provide feedback. The dealership only advised that I need to come and pay for diagnose fee which Matrix did not inform me about! You guys are truly useless! The repairs department number is just on waiting for a whole 40/50 min each time I call (about 3 times now) You must be ashamed of robbing people their hard earned money, selling them dreams!! Sies
What a horrible experience!!! For the one thousand'th time, Woolworths had to inconvenience me!! This time while I am preparing for a funeral and with no empathy from the consultants whatsoever!! Why approve an online store card application if you have such unreasonable trust issues?? I am really disappointed but I am glad this happened so early so I can revert back to my normal cash purchases. Your services are appalling, shocking and very disappointing!! I am actually very disgusted!! The fact that this is happening for the 3rd time where I end up using cash instead of my new card means that you guys are used to this nonsense and abusive tendencies. How the hell do you request for my proof of income in September and again in November??? Must I now verify myself for every transaction? I am closing that nonsense!!! Its not worth the abuse that I have suffered from pure loyalty!!!! I am really disgusted!!
Do not attempt to use YENA Attorneys! They are pure ****mers who do not even know what they are doing. Stay away!!!!! 10months after paying them 300k for land, nothings has been done. Worse part is they even started spending money before registration!! I warn you!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THE STRESS!!! They are pure legal ****mers!!!
I sent an email on the 26/03/2018 to toyota finance as per consultant's instruction to request for a refund after making two payment to my car finance account. I received an automated email notifying me that someone will contact me in 48 hours. I did not receive any call until i called back on Wednesday 04/04/2018 to my surprise, the email was still in the box and not attended to. The consultant then assured me my refund in 24 hour. 24 hours later when i called, another consultant told me that a refund takes 3-4 working days, mind you my email was sent 11 days ago. I requested to speak to a senior only to be put on hold for more than 20 min. This is really frustrating!!!!! This is the worst service i have ever received in my 5 years with Toyota Finance Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
