I ordered a gift from netflorist and was advised that it was going to be delivered in that day. At 16.15 on that day I was advised that my gift couldn't be delivered as the company was closed. This was not true as the a company where I the parcel I was to be a delivered operation hours was 24 hours. I sent an email to ********** advising them of this. I also phoned the call centre and was told they would investigate and come back to me. Needless to say no one came back to me. I also did not receive a response to my email. When I enquired about the reason for non delivery I was told that my gift was delivered and an email was sent. I am totally disgusted that a company as big as netflorist allowed me to be lied to. After bringing this fact to their attention they didn't respect me enough to respond to my call nor my emails. I can assure you that I will not ever order from them again. I suggest that anyone using this service to not take their reason for non delivery as true because they will say anything to get you off their back. It is through little White lies like this that leads to corruption and theft
