I am heading for a now without my car Prime Meridian has the worst customer service ever !!! I am heading for a month without my car the latest I am getting is that they are investigating my call records which will take 30 days to prove I was at the area I said the accident toke place. I know for a fact that this does not take such a long time to acquire and why such measures for a client who has been paying them without fail since 2016.My car is still at SMD which I still have to pay for if I want it released., the cost to fix it is less than what I have paid to date and they cant even get it fixed.The worst part is I have to call them to find out whats happening. Their reliability is zero this has to be the worst customer service ever and their claims process is tedious.This is a typical case of insurance companies that sell dreams and end up making peoples lives miserable and this is the first major claim I have had with them really disgusted by such treatment.
