Bought a Fieldbar Drinks Box (Bazaruto Blue) for a friend on 5 February 2024. Have not had any responses since and have not received the product. No response from info@kitchenmasters.co.za and no responses on the website chat function https://kitchenmasters.co.za/. This business is a complete ****. All consumers should we warned!
Very poor service from Kulula.com and very rude un-client centric approach taken by Ntsoaki Supervisor of Kulala contact centre. Also refusing that I escalate to anyone more senior than her, so left me with no choice but to complain on a public platform. I made a mistake when booking a flight ticket for my nanny. She gave me her incorrect first name – she gave me her English name & not the name on her passport even though I asked her for her full name and surname per her passport. She probably misunderstood me with English not being her first language. Her surname and passport number is correct. But instead of asking for a passport number to confirm this is indeed the same person and the name has just been incorrectly loaded, the call centre and supervisor kept on telling me that they cannot make name changes, only name corrections and kept on cutting me off. Not once empathising with my dilemma or at least saying that they wish they could have helped in any way. Just bluntly saying no they can’t help – treating me like some criminal that is trying to get away with putting some complete stranger on a flight. This is a name correction, an innocent mistake. It’s very common in our country to have an English name and is a very easy mistake to make. Which I have clearly now learnt about in the hard way. R1100 down the drain. I have booked 4 correct flights for the same day and also wanted to add my mother in law and a car rental through Kulula, but because of this appallingly rude encounter I will find another service provider to book the two other flights (my nanny’s correct ticket & mother in law’s ticket) & car rental through. I would have been very happy to even pay a penalty to get the name changed as I acknowledge it was my mistake, but to have to cancel the full flight and re-book a new flight is completely unacceptable! I'm shocked and surprised at this encounter. I'm sure I'm not the first to go through this. Horrible service. Arrogant approach. Complete inflexibility. No acknowledgement of cultural naming conventions. Complete lack of compassion for human error. Especially in a country with a very low literacy rate & unique cultural traditions. This company is going nowhere quickly.
