Be aware of The Diamond Channel Sandton
Recently had a bad experience with the Diamond Channel. Do not be fooled by their fancy offices in Sandton City. Some advice should you want to deal with them however I don't recommend it. Get the specs of the diamonds you buy and then have the diamonds checked afterwords by an expert to ensure you get what you pay for. Be alert and do not get scammed.

Lies and daylight robbery
Bought a ring from Diamond Channel in Sandton. The size was wrong and quality very bad. The "consultant " that meets with you when you order and pay is not seen when you collect. You then have to deal with the receptionist. What is meant to be the most special day in 2 young peoples lives - when they get engaged was destroyed by the Diamond Channel through their web of lies and dodgy way of dealing with their clients. Be warned - you can not trust them !!!!

Avoid the Diamond Channel - bad service
This company can not be trusted. They lied to us and can not produce what they promised or what we have paid for. Young people are especially vulnerable against these actions. Be warned. Do not spoil your wedding or engagement function by ordering jewelry from this company.
