Ordered jewelry from Helena Seapoint Fine Jewelry. Paid a hectic price. Arrived here and was a piece of plastic that I can bend with my fingers. Tried various times to phone and email. No response. **** and THEFT
Worst experience ever. Very very bad customer service. Got the order totally wrong.... 15 working day turnaround took 2 months. Now no feedback...... No one answers you back, phoned a few times. Ridiculous to say the least.... don't even know if they must exist!!!!!!!
