I am beyond frustration. We requested for our telkom line to be moved in september as we were moving at the end of september. Line was disxonnected on 3 october. We have been waiting since then and our line is still not moved. After numerous calls and emails to telkom there has still been no communication from them. And our line is still not installed. If it wasnt that we needed the line to co tact family as cellphone rates are very high and that we need it for wifi i would not bother with them.
