I felt very comfortable with all explanations provided and appreciate his professionalism. The transaction was swift and precise. Payment was made immediately and reflected in my account within five minutes after they made the payment. I recommend anyone to contact Weelee if they have a vehicle to sell. In March 2018 it was announced that there will be a 1% VAT increase in South Africa. I received a promotional e-mail from Printstagram that they will have 60% OFF everything ordered before midnight of 31 March 2018. On 31 March 2018 at I placed an order for a recipe book, which I compiled, from Printstagram. On entering the PromoCode (VAT2018) there was an error message stating that the PromoCode did not work (I made a screen shot of the error message). Since the promotion was only until the end of that day, I decided to complete the order, make the payment and contact their offices to inquire about the problem. So, I e-mailed Printstagram explaining the conditions of the order including the screen shot I made. They replied relatively quick and explained that the PromoCode had been extended for another day (1 April 2018). I explained that I already placed the order the day before while the code was still valid (nowhere on the site or via any other communication was it stated that the code was extended so common sense dictates that I wanted to place the order before the promotion expired) and that I did not know they extended the promotion. I requested that the difference be refunded (3 April). I did not receive another response from them. On 10 April I sent them another e-mail requesting a response. This was their response: "Good day, Unfortunately due to the number of orders we received on that very same Sunday, we cannot really say that there was an issue with the code on our side." So, it seems like they cannot take accountability for their ineffective system. I have ordered prints from them before where I experienced issues with their system (where the promotion states that delivery is free, but when payment must be done delivery is included and a refund had to be done which I received). How do I prove that their system did not act up again like before. I am not a very satisfied customer at the moment. The reason for this review is to inform others about it.
