The quality of their work is what keeps me using Printstagram over and over again. The canvas prints are lightweight, with colours and quality matching the original photos. I've been a loyal client for many years and they have great specials often!

Their service is incredible. I placed an order on a Tuesday morning at about 08:30 for 4 photobooks. I received an email at about 13:30 on the same day stating that the books are with the couriers and on their way to me. I honestly thought this was sent in error so I ignored it and was going to wait the 14-21 days. To my amazement the 4 photobooks were delivered to me the next day. I actually opened them immediately to see if they were actually printed.lol. They were and they are awesome and the printing came out fantastic! Well done Printstagram and keep up the great work, I will definitely be using their services again.

In March 2018 it was announced that there will be a 1% VAT increase in South Africa. I received a promotional e-mail from Printstagram that they will have 60% OFF everything ordered before midnight of 31 March 2018. On 31 March 2018 at I placed an order for a recipe book, which I compiled, from Printstagram. On entering the PromoCode (VAT2018) there was an error message stating that the PromoCode did not work (I made a screen shot of the error message). Since the promotion was only until the end of that day, I decided to complete the order, make the payment and contact their offices to inquire about the problem. So, I e-mailed Printstagram explaining the conditions of the order including the screen shot I made. They replied relatively quick and explained that the PromoCode had been extended for another day (1 April 2018). I explained that I already placed the order the day before while the code was still valid (nowhere on the site or via any other communication was it stated that the code was extended so common sense dictates that I wanted to place the order before the promotion expired) and that I did not know they extended the promotion. I requested that the difference be refunded (3 April). I did not receive another response from them. On 10 April I sent them another e-mail requesting a response. This was their response: "Good day, Unfortunately due to the number of orders we received on that very same Sunday, we cannot really say that there was an issue with the code on our side." So, it seems like they cannot take accountability for their ineffective system. I have ordered prints from them before where I experienced issues with their system (where the promotion states that delivery is free, but when payment must be done delivery is included and a refund had to be done which I received). How do I prove that their system did not act up again like before. I am not a very satisfied customer at the moment. The reason for this review is to inform others about it.

I know you're not going to respond to this as you admitted to false advertising on Hyperli. Common sense is not common to Printstagram. I paid for a voucher on Hyperli and when it's time to redeem it, I need to pay an extra R100. After admitting that they did not give me an option to purchase the right voucher for the photobook I wanted, they still cannot give me this product. This is a clear indication that your customer service is not your concern!

The quality of the printing and putting together, was beyond horrendous!!!! </p> <p>I mailed them to tell them that I wouldn't accept quality like for something I have paid for. They never ever replied. I forwarded the message a few times and no response. Till today...I am STILL WAITING FOR THEM!!! </p>

The turnaround time was very fast, although I had anticipated waiting 3 weeks. When I’ve phoned them, they were very efficient and helpful. Rare to find such a good company and value for money. <p>I tried several times to process the order online..the order was eventually manually done after I had paid. I then sent an e-mail to Printstagram to tell them that I needed a new canvas since I had ordered another canvas somewhere else. despite NUMEROUS E-MAILS asking for my contact details, nobody called me and they still ordered the canvas that I did not want. My order was manually done and clearly something could have been done. They are now hiding behing the fact that you cannot cancel the order. I need my money back.</p>

I called in to check my order, i placed in 4 December 2015. i spoke to the lady who gave me the attitude. i told her that i have been waiting for my order for almost 4 months and i explained to her that i ordered 2 things and only one was delivered and it was delivered late as well. i never had any correspondence from printstagram. As i was explaining Nosipho told me not to fight. I asked her why would i fight because when i called she asked what was my complaint? I said to her, im not calling to complain i wanted to know the where about of my order. she kept on talking while i was busy explaining the situation before i knew it . she told me that i will have to pay for the delivery again. i was now getting inpatient with the attitude she is give me. i told her im not paying because i have paid it in December. I'm so disappointed at the service coz in the past i had friendly staff from printstagram but was shocked with Nosipho . she is soooo Rude
