Vodacom is potentially working with ****mers as they allow sim swap without proper verification. On 5Jan24 a sim swap was done on my number and they refused me a sim swap over the phone yet they gave ****mers my number freely. ****mers contacted people asking for money. I managed to do a sim swap and flag my number on 6Jan24. On the 7Jna24 AGAIN I received a sim swap request done on my name. This is sick and not acceptable. How does someone do a sim swap on a FLAGGED NUMBER?

I got a ride yesterday and I left the parcel of cordless microphones by mistake. I tried calling the driver and the number was on voicemail but now the customer service for Uber is not helping me.
My credit card expired on 11/20, in April 2021 I went to Eastgate mall to request for a new card, they escalated the matter since time has passed for me to renew it. We are at the end of June and no card or sms has been received. I am beyond disappointed for this disgusting service. No card, yet you keep on taking your money from my account!
Standard Bank is trying to con my aunt her money paid into her VAF. ACC: 012913190002. She intentionally paid into the VAF account as she was hoping to refinance another car. The car was paid up in Jan but she continued to pay until beginning of April. Then she went to close the VAF account requested credit back. Now Standard bank has not sent her money as promised almost two weeks later. Credit due: R13200 They are now wanting proof of payment when the money went directly to the VAF account. This money should reflect in her statement and Std bank is trying by all means not to give her the money. Even the car papers have not been received and we are sent from pillar to post for refund. She is an old person and we should not have to even go to such lengths as the bank calls us when we miss payment but when they have to send us money back it is a challenge. This is upsetting as we have to miss work and accompany her to the bank. We want the credit back and the VAF statement should reflect credit due and we want car papers. It is clear that the bank does not want to give back the money and want to con the elderly
The bank consultant linker my account so the Vehicle account was appearing on "Transfer" and on Pay beneficiary. So I paid my AVAF via transfer which was incorrect. I called ABSA, they told me that the money will bounce back within 7-10 working days that was 29 October 2020, today is 17 Nov 2020 and no sign of the money in my account. Disappointment is an understatement of how I am feeling right now, I am ****ed off because I have been following up for the last week and no one is helping me. Don't trust ABSA
Disgusting service and thieves! My vehicle licence papers were removed from the parcel and clearly sold for fraud to someone else. The world needs to know that they have fraudulent drivers! Now I am going to the police station so that they don't clone my car! Call me 082 401 7518
I dropped off my car yesterday at Auto Alpina Boksburg after I asked the same dealer to get it checked end of March. I got home in March and my reverse lights were not working. After that I got a drive train warning, my car was still rattling.I was unable to take the car back until now as I fell ill. Yesterday I dropped the car off, my motorplan is expiring on the 29th of May. I never received a call. Jacqui claimed she called me and then rudely told me that I might not even receive my car today as it needs 3 days, yesterday she had told me I will receive it today. I then asked her to sms me the progress. This car has lost power before and it took Autobahn ONE day to fix it. I received a call telling me I will get my car on the 28th of May. Now as a consumer I understand that BMW can delay to run away from responsibility until my motorplan is depleted but I am writing here to announce that I will not play or pay into any game. Just now I will be told more money is needed and my car will be parked until then. They told me about rims costing R23 000. I was willing to extend my motorplan but after the service I received, I don't think so. I want my car back asap. I couldn't even get a courtesy car. I just want my car fixed and don't want any shady jobs. Last year I had to fight for BMW to tow my car and put my life at risk driving an almost dead car to the nearest safe place because I was told my car only needed petrol. I hope this is fixed asap as I am tired.

Yesterday I avoided 3 accidents. My car is still on Motorplan. Car lost power. I called BMW Assist to tow the car. They asked me numerous questions. I told them that the car started shaking on start, lost power, refused to start, shaked violently. I was told it was a petrol issue. I forced to drive the car to the nearest garage and poured a bit of petrol. The car still did the same thing of stalling. I risked my life and drove the car and managed to park it at work. I called the call centre back and explained what happened, they told me I needed more petrol. I should call someone to bring me petrol despite the fact that the car gave me a drive train warning. I was told they cannot assist me even with petrol as I am parked safely not on the road. They (LUBABALO AND SIMPHIWE) at the called centee refused to tow the car and told me that they can only assist me once I am certain that there is enough petrol. (LUBABALO AND SIMPHIWE) at the call centre. I had to ask for help from friends to get the car home. Today, a day later I am stuck with the car that is not even starting. I am angry and upset. I wish I could even return the stupid car and get my money back after the service I received. I risked my life and wasted my time. On top of that, alas! I am told I need R1700 to get a curtersy car as if I had planned the problem that is happening to me. I will be getting lawyers to be in touch too if my car is not sorted. I cannot even be guaranteed a proper turn around time. I am disappointed and very upset!
