<p>5 stars to Printstagram! I have ordered 2 photobooks (about 9 months apart) and 6 canvas frames in the past year. I am extremely happy with the quality of all. The turnaround time was very fast, although I had anticipated waiting 3 weeks. When I’ve phoned them, they were very efficient and helpful. Rare to find such a good company and value for money. Well done! Keep up the excellent work.</p>
<p>I opened my Edgars account soon after I started my first job -in those days it was a grey card account, not the thank you card as it is known today, so after approximately 25years I am going in to close my account this weekend. </p> <p> </p> <p>Looking at the 4622 negative reviews on this site I see I am not the only one who has become dissatisfied with Edgars.</p> <p> </p> <p>For two years in a row now I have not recieved the birthday voucher we used to get, along with any other vouchers, like Mother's Day and Christmas vouchers to spoil ourselves. After enquiring about this and receiving an email and phone call (ref ********** 293/GO) I was informed this would happen at the end of August ... 13 days into September I'm still waiting! Not that I had any faith they would live up to their promise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also never receive the sms code to collect the monthly magazine I'm entitled - this too was promised to be rectified in the same phone call mentioned above.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermre, I cannot believe the R22.80 service fee I have to pay on an outstanding amount of R87. What a rip off! On top of the R44 Club fee I have to pay, it's not that Edgars is encouraging people to open accounts at this exorbitant monthly fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>The cherry on top is Gateway not having stock in the same month the shoes were advertised in their magazine.</p> <p> </p> <p>There are plenty of other retailers, especially online ones, so goodbye Edgars. you're not worthy of my money.</p> <p> </p>
