IPHONE WAS NOT REPAIRED AT ALL!!!!
I took my iPhone to Wefix Woodlands on the 9th of March 2018 for a screen repair (the phone was FULLY OPERATIONAL) when I handed it in. The day after (10th March 2018) I received my phone back but the screen wasn't responding at the bottom but the phone was still working perfectly. I took the phone back to Wefix Woodlands (11th March 2018) and they said the screen that they have replaced was faulty and needed to replace it again. The Technician took the phone to the back (still in FULLY WORKING CONDITION) and when he returned the phone did not want to switch on AT ALL!! They kept the phone for about 3 days and after they could not get the phone to switch on the said that they need to send the phone away and it will take about 3 to 4 weeks before they will return the phone. After more than 4 weeks we called them again for an update. They said the phone has returned but is still not working. We had them call the Regional Manager, Francois Joubert and he just said it's not their problem???? They *****ed up my iPhone worth more than R6000 and they just said they will refund me R2000 for the screen and proximity sensor. Now after almost a week I still haven't received the money and I don't have a phone?? How does that work??? I am going to go to Beeld and Huisgenoot and all of social media. The phone is not on Insurance because I received it as a Birthday Gift last year March 2017. I don't have money to buy a new phone at all and they won't take responsibility for their actions. We did email all Wefix stores in the hope that one will reply and help us, but nobody has responded or helped us in anyway. We never got feedback from WeFix when the phone was in their position. We always had to call them, they never gave us feedback. Why wait 4 weeks just to tell me my phone still isn't working and that it is not your problem??? NOW I AM CALLING OUT TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WENT TO WEFIX TO FIX THEIR DEVICE AD GOT IT BACK EITHER BROKEN OR NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! IF WE CAN STAND TOGETHER WITH THIS THEY WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO REACT TO OUR COMPLAINTS! JUST EMAIL ME AT ********** AND WE CAN PUT A STOP TO THIS POOR CLIENT HELPING, DEVICE BREAKING SO CALLED WEFIX. HELP ME WITH GETTING JUSTICE AND MAKING SURE PEOPLE ARE WARNED! THANK YOU

AMAZING WORKSHOP IN SILVERTON
Your Motor Clinic is suited in Silverton, Pretoria. I have have heard that clients are very happy and one of my friends are also just as happy when she took her car in. Your Motor Clinic is a clean workshop and they are friendly. I will take my car there any day!
