Poor customer service, the teams that came to my house barely greeted, walked in and out as if it’s their own place, speaking in a language I do not understand. Their manager, Natazha Koen, has incredibly poor manners and absolutely no people skills.
Edgars Canal Walk. Terrible experience. The shop is dirty, the staff is nowhere to be found for help. Standing in a queue for half an hour to pay (yes I know it is pay-weekend), but two cashiers on duty? None of them has name badges, they don’t greet and it takes fifteen minutes to scan and pay for four, yes FOUR, shirts. Terrible. Edgars is not what it used to be.
iStore Cresta - Have been assured that an upgrade would go smoothly after a port from one network to another. Today, I get told another story, whilst the person helping me yesterday is not even at work today.
I am oncredibly unhappy about the service. Ive placed an order three weeks ago, no one could find my order after I received an email confirming an order. Two days ago I went to your offices in Bryanston, spoke to Thumelo and Robert, neither of them have amswers for me after they both confirmed my order and still ignoring emails and messages. This is bad service and I want this order and installation to be finalised by tomorrow.
My account should have been terminated end of February of 2018, and I have since still received invoices and debit orders been taken off my account every month. Cannot talk to a consultant in store and the call centre is useless.
