Hi There, The airlines said we have a refund and gave us a voucher it expires this year Nov 2022. We are unable to get ahold of them. The is ridiculous. we cannot get them on the phone you on hold for 30 - 45 minutes every time. What can we do to get our money back?? We were emant to go on a cruise 2020, it was cancelled because of COVID. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
I have had a issue with a car. Tata Bolt 2017 Model. I brought a car 28 March 2017, from Ronnie Phipps. 14 April 2017 I finally received the service books and had to book again for a new steering wheel I didn’t but it was not replaced they said it was replaced. I could now book my car again because when I do not have a car I am inconvenienced, for the whole day to find out nothing was done to the car they just kept it at their dealership the whole day. My car was then booked in for 15 000km, their office called advising that there is a chip on y windscreen and that they were was chipped and needs to be fixed for R365 when I told them I didn’t budget for this they said well for me that day they will charge me only R269. I told them I would call them back. I called my Insurance to check the price they advise it was for Free and asked the to go see my car the next day. When the insurance came back from examining my car they advised that there was no chip on the windscreen meaning they wanted to charge me for nothing wrong with the car. My grill and trunk were never fixed. I would have to wait a long time with no car or keep booking but nothing happens. 25 May 2017,I finally sent and email so that I have a record because I was not getting back up buy just calling. below: my service book my steering wheel to be replaced The grill that was damaged by the acid to remove the sticker. The silver band on the boot/trunk door that was also damaged by the acid 11 January 2018 my car was taken to the Kia/TATA/Renault Dealership in Paarden Eiland. I was there the whole day and nothing was done to the car. The car was to get a new Left mirror, USB port to be fixed, indicator to be fixed as well. They said the will get back to me. 26 January 2018, I email and call still no response as to what is happening. My mirror was never fixed had to ask my husband to make a plan for the mirror because it is not easy driving a car with no mirror. Celeste said the part will be ready 15 Feb 2018, they were still not back 19 Feb 2018… Indicator was fixed end March. 4 April 2018 – USB port fixed, the again cam with the story that there is a chip on my windscreen. i told them no ways that is a scam that they were doing trying to get extra money from Clients that they do not need to pay for, and the lady pretended to be shocked. 13 April 2018 – Car stops while driving. Was towed into the dealer late Friday. I having been calling and them saying they will get back to me, when they do get back to be they still not saying what is wrong with the car. They said they need 48 hours with the car. That has passed. Today(19 April) I called them at 12.00 I called them said they do not know what is wrong with the car but they are going to get back to me in 30 minutes nothing now it is past 2. I bought the car Brand new and I have been having issues with it. I so not understand him a new car can break down so much. Please assist me. what i know is i do not want this car and i want nothing with TATA BOLT
