SOMERSET WEST MALL: Consultants cannot even reply on an e-mail
I upgraded September 2017 at Somerset Mall. I was on a contract my mom paid. Before upgrading I got a job, so wanted to put the contract on MY name so that I can pay it. The consultant had a hard time making a profile for me and suggested that I upgrade for now, staying on my mom's name untill he figured it out. It is 7 months later, my mom is still paying my contract and the consultant won't even reply on my e-mails. I went to the shop several times looking for him, and only get a promise that he will reply on my e-mails. SO.FED.UP.

Not receiving paid items
Ordered and paid photo books last year. Have been in contact via e-mail and receiving the same info about them working on it for months now. I do not know why this is taking so long. Really pathetic.
