Bought Taits microwave popcorn and after opening the packetbof popcorn I found 1/4 of the bag had popcorn. This is total rip off. Only 1 person can eat from this popcorn and I am very dissatisfied customer.
I've been an account member with Edgar's since April 2018. And every month for the past 12 months they have been charging R40.00 for "club membership" for which I never signed up for. I want my refund for all these months they have been taking my money unlawfully.
The customer consultant at Huawei Melrose Arch has such poor customer service. I'm so dissatisfied with the service at this branch. Not only could she not answer my query. All the response she gave me was "book it in with our technician". Like really, the issue I have does not even require a technician. And booking it in will mean I am without a phone for two days. It just doesn't make sense. The people working at Melrose Arch branch seriously need more training
