Useless admin staff and management
The Gym Company Jacaranda is the most useless gym I have ever delt with the admin staff does not know what to do and when to do what. about 6 months ago I ask what do I need to do to change my debt order details. I got the forms filled it and took it in the the gym with copy of my ID and proof of banking details as asked for. Needless to say nothing was done and the staff there through away all paperwork that was handed in. Ever month they phone ever month I tell them please change my debt order details and nothing what a surprise, I was expecting world change to change banking details. I finally got it change and could have done it over the phone about 2 months ago. I have asked them to take all the money I owe them an they told me no they can not do it they can only take the new month subscription fees, and told me I need to pay the other money in the branch or via eft or via the link. I have asked them to debt my account which they have confirm it is the correct details on the 8th of every month which was also confirmed, but still nothing has been done. I phone in a few moments ago and then the admin lady told me that the account details is not correct and that the amount come back unpaid. I no this complain will never get attended to and I am wasting my time typing this but may I can help someone not to sign any contract with The Gym Company Jacaranda or the gym company ever. The staff and management does not know there job and top management does not even care about the bad service that the staff is giving to there existing client or new once, the only thing they care about the fat paycheck at the end of every month and the hell with customer service.

I booked my car for service the 16/02/2021. And what a good timei had there. The staff is very professional and the koffie is good. Thanx guys keep up the good work
