i have complained for the 2nd time in 2 years with no luck... no response from Rachel who keeps saying she cannot get hold of me. the king size bed was purchased cash years ago.... neville at dial a bed can find me on my cell at any time but Rachel at sealy head office keeps dodging me... these beds are supposed to have a 10 year warranty... but the product is really bad i will never buy another sealy bed again
this company does not care about anything that happens after selling their product. the consultants dont care if you use the program or not... all they want is your money i have never in my life experienced such lame aftersales all i get is empty promises
