Ordered for delivery 25/4/2018 to an address/estate that uses them a lot and was told 45mins-1hr for delivery - not a problem for us as it IS payday. 1hr 15mins later called, driver on the way. 1hr 30mins later called, driver should be there. 1hr 40mins later called, driver has been driving up and down your road looking for the house. What the hell!?!? Go back to security and ask them to point you just up the road, 2nd house facing the damn street or call the ****** customer to say you can't find the house!!! Why did it take 3 follow-up calls from your customer??? Needless to say the driver went back with our food (because she couldn't find the house!) we didn't have supper and will definitely be thinking twice about ordering again!!!!
