I HAVE RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE ANYONE CAN RECEIVE WITH SA HOME LOANS INSURANCE - I HAD A RETAINING WALL THAT COLLAPSED DUE TO EXTREME BAD WEATHER AND I CALLED IN MY CLAIM ON THE 26 FEBRUARY 2018 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM I MYSELF ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL IN AND ASK IF MY CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID THAT IT WAS REJECTED , I THEN ASKED THEM TO PLEASE SEND ME MY REJECTION LETTER AND I PHONED IN EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 4 WEEKS SPEAKING TO A LOT OF DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS AND AFTER 4 WEEKS WHEN I TOLD THEM I WILL GO TO HELLO PETER THEN THEY ONLY SENT ME MY LETTER . I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND SA HOME LOANS TO ANYONE THEY ARE AN EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS THEY BRUSH OFF ANYTHING THAT YOU ASK THEM - I WILL DEFINITELY BE CHANGING MY HOME INSURANCE .
We bought a gas braai from Kevin who is the owner at this company. we spent R4500 and when we used it over the same weekend the braai didnt work. We called him and he insists that a call out fee of R600 will be charged. We now find out that this is a 1 man company and regret doing business with him. We are have to ask our attorney to return this braai and recover our money.
