I booked my vehicle in for a service at ford lazarus this morning, its the first service on 15000km so just the basic one. I had to call them 4 times just so they can tell me everytime we will phone you back just now, but never do, all i wanted to do is know how long it will still be seeing that its a simple service. I booked it at 07:30 and it will only be done past 16:00 this is absolutely ridiculous. A big company like ford not being able to do their work effciently and also TERRIBLE with customer service as i was kept out of the loop the whole time. The person there kept telling me ill call you in 2 minutes but i had to phone them every 10 because they dont call back. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
For the past week and a half Ive phoned every single branch and available number on their website, and i dont get any answer at all. This is ridiculous as i have an urgent matter that needs to be attended to. Not only will I not recommend Shelf company warehouse to other people, i will go as far as to advise people NOT to use them to register their businesses.
