I recently purchased a Breitling Super Avengers 48 online from Silvertrust. The watch arrived very quickly after my payment was cleared. Unfortunately, the stainless steel bracelet was too small to fit my wrist. I contacted Mr. Jansen about the issue, and he was very understanding. Within a day he arranged for the watch to be picked up at my home and gave a full refund. I am very disappointed that the watch didn't fit, as it was a beautiful piece and still in excellent condition. I would, however, still rate the store 4/5 because of the timely response and good service. I'll just be sure to ask about the bracelet length next time I order from them.
