Silvertrust Watches
I recently purchased a Breitling Super Avengers 48 online from Silvertrust. The watch arrived very quickly after my payment was cleared. Unfortunately, the stainless steel bracelet was too small to fit my wrist. I contacted Mr. Jansen about the issue, and he was very understanding. Within a day he arranged for the watch to be picked up at my home and gave a full refund. I am very disappointed that the watch didn't fit, as it was a beautiful piece and still in excellent condition. I would, however, still rate the store 4/5 because of the timely response and good service. I'll just be sure to ask about the bracelet length next time I order from them.

Silvertrust Watches
I recently purchased a Breitling Super Avengers 48 online from Silvertrust. The watch arrived very quickly after my payment was cleared. Unfortunately, the stainless steel bracelet was too small to fit my wrist. I contacted Mr. Jansen about the issue, and he was very understanding. Happy with Silvertrust's second-hand watches
After searching everywhere for a specific Rolex, I finally found it on Silvertrust.co.za. I am not a big fan of online shopping, mainly because I never know what I will receive and secondly because I do not know who I'm buying from. After long consideration, I realised that I would have to buy it from Silvertrust. They were the only store that had this particular model in stock. I decided to contact the owner of the store, Jacques Jansen, to find out who I'm dealing with. He was helpful and understood my situation. He told me that if I am not happy with the watch, I could return it within 7 days for a full refund. After my conversation with him, I felt more comfortable to buy from their online store. Once my payment was cleared, I received the Rolex within two days. The piece was in mint condition, and I am satisfied with the watch and the service I received from them.

Silvertrust Used Luxury Watches
I ordered a used Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 8 for my husband from Silvertrust's website last week. I paid for it on Thursday morning and received it on Friday, which I am very happy about. The watch looks almost brand new, just as described on their website. It also came with the original box, but no papers as described. Most importantly, my husband loves it! I'm definitely going to use them again in the future!

Silvertrust Used Luxury Watches

Amazing Service by Silvertrust Luxury Watches
I recently purchased a used Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean chronograph from Jacques Jansen at Silvertrust. What an amazing experience to do business with them! At first I was a bit skeptical to buy something this expensive online, but Jacques quickly made me feel at ease. He was happy to send me more pictures of the watch as requested and also promised that the watch is in perfect condition, with original box and papers. Two days after my payment I received the watch in excellent condition, just as he promised. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Silvertrust, and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy used luxury watches online!

Valuation papers papers not given despite repeated assurance they would be
I purchased a pre-owned Breitling Superocean from Jacques at Silvertrust . I was reasonably happy with the watch on receipt and Lizette gave a good service in terms of keeping me up to date with the delivery. The watch runs a little fast (about 1 min a day) and Jacques tells me to rest it on one side at night to compensate this. This seems a little odd, but i tried it and it doesn't work. I have since been trying to get the promised valuation with details sent to me by e-mail. Jacques keeps telling me on whatsapp that he'll do it, but its now been two months and still no papers? I was promised

Fake watch
I purchased a supposed genuine Baume and Mericier watch from Silvertrust , I traded my mint condition Tagheur regatta and R18000 .<br> Upon receipt of the watch , I was initially pleased but upon closer Inspection it was found to be a worthless replica , after numerous messages to Jacques he finally admitted that the watch is a fake and said he would refund and return my watch . As of today he says I am being aggressive to want a refund in a timely fashion , he now says he will reserve his rights and challenge any action I take. . If anyone else has had a bad experience please let me know as I am reporting this as fraud .

Fake watch
I purchased a supposed genuine Baume and Mericier watch from Silvertrust , I traded my mint condition Tagheur regatta and R18000 .<br> Upon receipt of the watch , I was initially pleased but upon closer Inspection it was found to be a worthless replica , after numerous messages to Jacques he finally admitted that the watch is a fake and said he would refund and return my watch . As of today he says I am being aggressive to want a refund in a timely fashion , he now says he will reserve his rights and challenge any action I take. . If anyone else has had a bad experience please let me know as I am reporting this as fraud .

Broken watch from Silvertrust
I bought a Tag from Jacques Jansen who claimed it was in perfect condition. The watch looked great but I soon realised that it was severely damaged internally. The spring on the stem was broken so it couldn't be manually wound, and lost about 3-5 minutes a day. <br> <br> After complaining I returned the watch to Silvertrust from the UK (at my own expense) and they said that they would service it. Months later I have got my watch back and it is obvious that they did nothing to the watch. The spring is still broken and still doesn't wind. Silvertrust have been completely unresponsive and block all posts to their wall on Facebook.
