Broken watch from Silvertrust

I bought a Tag from Jacques Jansen who claimed it was in perfect condition. The watch looked great but I soon realised that it was severely damaged internally. The spring on the stem was broken so it couldn't be manually wound, and lost about 3-5 minutes a day. <br> <br> After complaining I returned the watch to Silvertrust from the UK (at my own expense) and they said that they would service it. Months later I have got my watch back and it is obvious that they did nothing to the watch. The spring is still broken and still doesn't wind. Silvertrust have been completely unresponsive and block all posts to their wall on Facebook.
