Happy with Silvertrust's second-hand watches

After searching everywhere for a specific Rolex, I finally found it on Silvertrust.co.za. I am not a big fan of online shopping, mainly because I never know what I will receive and secondly because I do not know who I'm buying from. After long consideration, I realised that I would have to buy it from Silvertrust. They were the only store that had this particular model in stock.

I decided to contact the owner of the store, Jacques Jansen, to find out who I'm dealing with. He was helpful and understood my situation. He told me that if I am not happy with the watch, I could return it within 7 days for a full refund. After my conversation with him, I felt more comfortable to buy from their online store.

Once my payment was cleared, I received the Rolex within two days. The piece was in mint condition, and I am satisfied with the watch and the service I received from them.
