Phindile Khumalo the superhero at DHL International DHL has the most amazing staff. Just recently I purchased an item internationally. My package was on the verge of being sent to the state warehouse because the supplying company was a bit delayed in submitting certain documents for customs clearance. I feared I would lose out on the purchase but this superhero named Phindile Khumalo the Acting Stops Advisor at DHL International came to my rescue. She ensured that the supplier sent the documents just in the nick of time. She kept me updated at every step and trust me I was annoying but she remained professional and helpful at every step of the way. I couldn't thank you enough Ms Khumalo and DHL you truly are amazing. I hope Phindile's manager will give her that promotion or increase that she surely deserves. Thank you once again. Best customer service I've ever received.

I could not have been more disappointed on Christmas Day of 2021. The lady managing the door and the reservations was so rude. I made a booking in November for lunch on Christmas day and confirmed my booking in early December so I assumed all was fine. Get to the restaurant she tells me she doesn't have a reservation for my family and I. Then she asks me to confirm my cellphone number after insisting we did not make a reservation just to find out my name was spelt incorrectly. She doesn't appologise instead she rudely States that we did not confirm our reservation after that unnecessary argument and already putting a damper on the festivities and embarassing me infront of my family she takes us to our "reserved" table. It was quite chilli as they have very large windows sobsome other guests at the restaurant requested for the windows to be closed however we were pestered by flies. So we requested for the window to be left slightly opened in hopes that the flies will go away. She then comes to our table insists that we requested for the window to be shut and now we want it open then says "come on guys". Our bill was R3000. I would expect on Christmas day, a day of cheer and happiness, to be treated with some respect and courtesy. I am so disapointed and will never make the mistake of visiting or wasting my money at Braza Emperors Palace ever again. Thanks for nothing.
