Good day, I am 8 months pregnant and decided to give PnP online shopping a try because it is difficult for me to drive around now.I placed an order well in advance and selected a timeslot for 4/02/2019 between 14:00 and 15:00.(order ********** 535 ). At 16:00 on that day my order was still not delivered,I phoned the call centre who promised I will receive my delivery before 19:00 that day. At 19:00 I still have not received my delivery,I then emailed the customer care with ref no 106518. When nobody responded the next day,I phoned the care line again and they promised delivery between 10:00 and 11:00.My order was only delivered at 11:45. When I received my groceries,the ice packs were already melted and the fridge food was room temp as well as my bananas were over ripe and I could only eat 3 from the pack. The reason I am unhappy is that I have not received an explanation or a sorry for the late delivery and bad service and I had to do all the follow up calls/emails,nobody even phoned me to keep me updated on my late delivery. Ons het vir Paul Botha van Zoo Sounds vir ons troue 31 Maart 2018 as DJ bespreek nadat ons sy goeie werk by 'n vriendin se troue gesien het. Paul het nie opgedaag vir ons afspraak 'n maand voor die troue nie en ook nie my oproepe beantwoord nie.Ek het toe alreeds die volle bedrag aan hom betaal. Ons het uitgevind hy was wel in die tronk in daai tyd vir bedrog. Na baie lee beloftes,is ons geld nog nie aan ons terugbetaal nie. Ek sal geen bruidspaar aanbeveel om hom as DJ te gebruik nie,hy is baie onbetroubaar!
