Bad service

I am ao disappointed with tge service I got from the clinic. I was at tge clinic on the 18th December at 6am I was already by the gate. The colourd lady who was giving out numbers was so rude it was my first time for my antinatal she just took my proof of address and told me ro go inside I went inside I was so humbled and asked the lady by the reception and she just said to me u don't have a file go back outside while I was explaining she said she won't assist me. Then I was assisted by the lady by the name of Zenzi.
