ANC first time visit Silverton clinic ANC nurse can only help or see two per day...
Went there to start ANC appointment visit first day I was send home I was there 7:00 and same as second and third they when I ask the ANC said she can only see 2 first visit not 4 perday she can't work like a maniac she was so rude she told me shes angry she can't discuss private issues with me where as I needed to know everytime I cum here m send back home bcz there's will be two first time visit in front of me next day I have to do same routine urine HIV test BP and send home without any help m so frustrating when is this gonna 29 January 2026 the sister was so unfair to me she spoke to me like m a non living thing bcz he was upset...and each and every day there more than two ANC first time visit so will be send home bcz she can only help two per day.....

Bad service
I am ao disappointed with tge service I got from the clinic. I was at tge clinic on the 18th December at 6am I was already by the gate. The colourd lady who was giving out numbers was so rude it was my first time for my antinatal she just took my proof of address and told me ro go inside I went inside I was so humbled and asked the lady by the reception and she just said to me u don't have a file go back outside while I was explaining she said she won't assist me. Then I was assisted by the lady by the name of Zenzi.

poor and no caring for patient.
my daughter has been at the Silverton clinic since 7:00 till now is 15:55 she is not yet attended, she was told they can't find her file. when i phone to follow up, the nurse told me she was busy they had 2 emergencies, my question is does it means they only have 2 nurses to assist patient? and is it possible to attend emergency for the whole 8 hours. i see like no one want to take responsibility Nurse Kalfy and Gladys could not help. the child has been in the clinic for 8 hours, she is bleeding, she haven't eaten since she early in the morning.

Security guard
Good day , this has nothing to do with the nurses but with that security guy who works there . That guy is very rude and acts like a doctor or something. I am pregnant and when I left home I did not eat , so am in the front row taking out an apple, he comes and says we not supposed to eat then I just apologize and put it back . This guy goes to an extent of telling me I should leave the clinic, he doesn't want people like us on the premises who don't listen but I say to him I apologized so what more do you want? He then says I want you to leave the clinic .

I've never seen such poor service in my entire life...I know that is public clinics and they helping alot of people and now is like we've been sitting here for almost 8 hour with my sick Dad and the other staff members are just doing ups and downs and there is no sense of agency here.There is only 1 or 2 sister's who are doing their jobs and they came to us and explained the process and to also bear with them, but as for sick patient like my Dad to wait for such time is really frustrating and I'm so emotional even now...The stuff attitude as well is a problem as I called one of the sister's just to ask a Question about how they system works and she gave me an attitude as if what I was asking is nonsense!!!Government must do something or hire more staff to assist.
