my daughter has been at the Silverton clinic since 7:00 till now is 15:55 she is not yet attended, she was told they can't find her file. when i phone to follow up, the nurse told me she was busy they had 2 emergencies, my question is does it means they only have 2 nurses to assist patient? and is it possible to attend emergency for the whole 8 hours. i see like no one want to take responsibility Nurse Kalfy and Gladys could not help. the child has been in the clinic for 8 hours, she is bleeding, she haven't eaten since she early in the morning.
i requested my parcel to be sent from pep store at bushbuckridge, ive given the person my nearest pep address here in pretoria woodlands. the cashier captured and sent my parcel to Groblersdaal (5859) so i disputed same time when i saw the sms i quickly told the person who was sending the parcel that they processed to a wrong address, and the person went back to pep and tell them they sent to a wrong address, and they told her that's where the code 0081. and they gave her the WhatsApp number to re root the parcel to a correct address. she did as they told her but still it did not come to my address. so my question is why the cashier did not confirm with the sender if is the correct place before sending. because the sender knows i am here in Pretoria. now i am asked to pay another R70 to send the parcel to pretoria not groblersdaal.
On the 16th of September I went to avbob hezyview to make a paid up on my policy, they assisted me nicely also being told the amount I'll receive in case any of the person in my account can pass on,and I also asked if the debit will stop they said they stopped it,now I'm seeing a debit order on my account, I even reversed it but it came again for the second time and it affect my credit scoring.now the bank is sending me notification saying I should fund my account,because it affect me too much when I keep on having bouncing debit order.a
I've upgraded my contract this year,i was using BlackBerry 9320 and now is z3, the agreement was now they will debit R200 for this phone but now since March they are debiting 258, I went to Vodacom shop where I upgraded my contract, they checked on the system then the lady just gave me number to call(0821946) I called the number and I was assisted by simo ndebele who said she can't help me until I answer her questions correctly,i asked her which one are you not satisfied with, she just said she doesn't lead clients to answer their questions, she was so rude to me,or its because I'm not a white person? ive just upgraded my contract not to start a contract with vodacom and I've been using vodacom for more than 10 years, what is so difficult to check on why are they taking more money than our agreement? And my phone doesn't use BIS what is that money for? I want my money back. please help patrician madolo
